edmontonCHEFS.ca’s June Awards dinner was held on Monday, June 13, and oh what a night it was! Members and their guests enjoyed an amazing three-course meal featuring spicy notes and delightful touches! A fresh salad started the meal, followed by an excellent elk tenderloin that practically melted in the mouth! The dessert was superb, homey but sophisticated, a toffee buttery cake with a cayenne pepper infused crème fraiche and wild berry notes. Thank you again to the chef and staff of the Marriott River Cree for making our final event before the summer break so memorable!
After the wonderful dinner, edmontonCHEFS.ca president, Stanley Townsend, provided a comprehensive list of the branch’s activities. edmontonCHEFS.ca has proved to the region and at the national level that we are forward thinking, proactive and brand-oriented, and we have some very dedicated and hardworking association members to thank!
