Join us for a fun filled evening of fine food and libation at NAIT’s Ernest’s Dining Room for the unique Chef’s Collaborative Dinner on November 26, 2016. Four NAIT graduate award winning Chefs will show their chops by preparing a sumptuous feast of regional Cuisine.

Net results of the dinner will assist edmontonCHEFS.ca to continue their support of novice culinarians through the sponsorship of scholarships, education workshops, culinary exchanges and culinary competitions.

The Edmonton chapter is proud to have one of the largest junior memberships in Canada. Junior members are primarily comprised of Apprentice and Culinary Arts students from NAIT and surrounding regional colleges. Some Juniors have enjoyed considerable career success competing in Provincial, National and International Culinary Competitions, giving Edmonton enviable reputation as a “Culinary Powerhouse.” Your contribution allows us to continue supporting ongoing professional success in the culinary industry.
