This past week edmontonCHEFS.ca brought together new and returning NAIT culinary students, members and guests in the name of free beer, pizza and games.  We filled every seat.  Door prizes, games of “skill” and a free junior membership giveaway provided lots of laughs, comradery and important information on who edmontonCHEFS.ca is and what we do for our members. We are dedicated to uniting professional chefs, cooks and industry partners; developing members professionally and personally; educating national and junior members; and promoting the culinary arts and excellence in the trade.

A very enthusiastic thank you goes to Ernest’s Dining Room and their staff for hosting us and pouring crisp pints sponsored by Yellowhead Brewery. Thank you to the Shaw Conference Centre, Saputo and NAIT for sponsoring all the pizza supplies, and to the NAIT Junior Chef Volunteers that made the delicious pizza and dessert that was quickly devoured and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
