On April 25th, our edmontonCHEFS.ca Young Chefs held a black box culinary slam at NAIT. There were 3 competitors.
The mystery ingredient was turkey breast fillets. Each competitors had one hour to make 2 plates containing the mandatory protein, a starch, a sauce and a vegetable. 1st place was awarded to Anthony Guy, 2nd place was Beth Hager, and 3rd was David Marko. Special thanks goes out to our judges, Ganesh Subramanya, Allan Roote and Norman Brownlee.
