Our annual Collaborative Chefs Dinner was this past Saturday, January 20th at Ernest’s Dining Room at NAIT. The theme was “Wine, Women & Song” where we had four outstanding female Chefs from Edmonton come and wow us with their culinary expertise. We had Cynthia from Pacific Wines & Spirits pairing the wine for the evening, and local Singer/Songwriter Lisa Nicole Grace providing the songs. The room was full and vibrant with food and fellowship. All funds raised will go towards the edmontonCHEFS.ca programs and scholarships.
We want to say a very special thank you to Chef Davina Moraiko, Chef Kelsey Johnson, Chef Ashley Broad, Chef Jennifer Stang, Chef Kennedy Tkach and Hizaarah Rossennally for pouring your heart and soul into the meal.
Thank you to Ernest’s Dining Room, NAIT and their fabulous staff for your wonderful hospitality and continued partnership. Thank you to our talented Junior Chef Members who volunteered and prepared our amuse bouche and sorbet – Stephanie Stolk, David Marko, Tom Egan, Joey Bonthoux, and Jesse Goutbeck.
