Position: Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef
Location: Studio Club Cafe, 10123 99 street, Edmonton, AB
Style of food: High end health forward grab and go. Very little a la minute preparation. Daytime catering will also be provided.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
Wage: Competitive wages based on experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a kitchen.
Qualities: Leadership characteristics, passion for the Culinary Arts, reliable, works with integrity and gets along with others well.
The position’s duties are;
- Using the systems put into place by our consulting chef for ordering ingredients, prep, staff scheduling, staff management, catering management.
- The candidate will be trained by our consultant chef to follow these systems so they are set up for success.
