What an amazing evening was had by 150 guests Monday night who gathered at the Royal Glenora Club for edmontonCHEFS.ca’s Annual Christmas Gala!
An amazing spread of fresh oysters and seafood was sponsored by 7 Seas.
The table wine was sponsored by Grey Monk Estate Winery.
The coffee bar was sponsored by Roasti Coffee Co.
The mouth water buffet had various courses sponsored by Gordon Food Services, Fin’s Seafood, Vertical Grower’s Network, Cheemo, Meuwly’s, Oceanfood Sales Ltd. and Wow Factor Desserts. There was an amazing S’mores Bar custom built by Board Member Stephanie Stolk.
There was a delicious assortment of fresh Christmas baking for sale with Young Chef Representative Jesse Kushneryk, baked by Stephanie Stolk, Dave Marko, Rhiannon Stolk and Jesse Kushneryk.
We had an outstanding silent auction, balloon raffle, gift card grab & go station as well as a 50/50 for the Young Chefs. Each guest was gifted with edmontonCHEFS.ca exclusive collection of spices! Spices and custom charcuterie boards were also being sold in fundraising efforts for the Edmonton branch.
An overwhelmingly HUGE thank you to all our sponsors, guests, our Board of Directors, Steve Buzak and the Royal Glenora Club staff for hosting us, and Stephanie Stolk and her team (Dave Marko and Rhiannon Stolk) for many hours planning and executing such a fun and festive evening.
